Payment Refund and Cancellation Policy.

 

  1.  We only take payments through credit/debit cards including brands visa, master, American Express, and discover.
  2. Once you call for the negotiation of internet and cable bills once negotiations are done you have to pay the bill through us and the percentage of discounts you got will be directly debited from your payment method.
  3. Payments made to us in the form of negotiations will not be refunded after 30 days of payments. if you want to refund any payment before the refund period you can simply call our support number instead of directly contacting the banks.
  4. If your information is stolen and has been used on our website in the form of payments, please call us and report the details directly to our support via text and phone.
  5. If you committed any type of fraud, we have the right to collect your information and send it to law enforcement agencies.
  6. Once the payment is made if you tried to charge back after 30 days of the payment through the bank forced the charge back to happen, we have the right to decline your chargeback and ban you from using our services in the future.
  7. All the credit/debit card refunds take 3 to 5 business days to process. So please be patient if you filled any refunds for the services.
